About the Campaign

Equipping Youth and Women with Skills, Confidence, and Sustainable Opportunities – Skill is the bridge between potential and opportunity. For many youth and women from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families, education alone is not enough to secure employment or independence. Poverty, lack of transport, limited exposure, and restricted access to vocational training often prevent them from pursuing meaningful livelihoods.

Manav Charities believes that economic empowerment begins with practical skills, confidence, and access to opportunity. Our Skill Development & Livelihood Empowerment Program provides structured training in traditional and non-traditional trades for boys, girls, and women. The program is designed to promote self-employment, improve employability, and enable participants to compete effectively in today’s job market. Through hands-on training, mentorship, industry partnerships, and marketing skills development, we are creating pathways to financial independence and dignity.

Our Vision

A society where every young person and woman, regardless of socio-economic background, has access to skill training, livelihood opportunities, and the confidence to build an independent future.

Our Mission

  • To provide quality vocational training to youth and women from BPL communities
  • To offer training in both traditional and non-traditional trades
  • To equip participants with marketing and entrepreneurship skills
  • To promote self-employment and sustainable livelihoods
  • To create inclusive opportunities for differently-abled participants
  • To strengthen employability through industry collaboration
